Responsibilities
Responsible for hand soldering of fine-pitch, QFN, and small size surface mount and 1. thru-hole components, using a microscope when required
Soldering of wiring and connectors for probing of PCBs
Understanding of electronic component types and packaging (i.e., BGA, DFN/QFN, SOICs packages, etc
Assisting Engineers as required to help build and experiment on Prototype HW
Proven experience in fine pitch SMT and thru-hole soldering
Proficiency in rework stations, soldering iron, hot-air machines, and microscope
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation such as BOMs, PCB schematics, and layout drawings
