Vertical 1 Communications LLC partners with major wireless carriers and infrastructure providers in the telecommunications industry. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closeout Package Specialist to support wireless network construction projects by reviewing installation documentation and assembling complete closeout packages for customer submission.

Responsibilities

Review wireless construction installation photos with live field teams for approval or correction
Complete required customer closeout forms accurately and in accordance with standards
Process, organize, label, and format photo documentation packages
Compile and submit complete Closeout (COP) packages to customers
Track missing or pending items and follow up with internal teams to meet deadlines
Maintain accurate, organized project records and documentation
Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients to resolve documentation issues

Required

Strong ability to learn quickly and retain new information
Willingness to be trained on wireless network construction designs, processes, and standards
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable work ethic
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Intermediate proficiency using Windows (macOS experience is a plus)
Comfortable working with digital files, photos, and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience in wireless, telecommunications, construction, or documentation is a plus, but not required
