Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions using GoAnywhere MFT
Develop and manage secure B2B file exchange solutions for internal and external partners
Configure and support secure transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, AS2/AS4, HTTPS
Implement PGP encryption and decryption for secure data exchange
Manage digital certificates, keys, and encryption standards
Design and maintain automated workflows and file processing jobs
Integrate MFT solutions with enterprise systems, applications, and partner platforms
Monitor file transfers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability
Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and industry standards
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver secure integration solutions
Provide documentation, operational support, and knowledge transfer as required
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience working with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
Very strong hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT
Strong experience with: SFTP, FTPS, AS2/AS4, HTTPS
PGP encryption/decryption
Digital certificates and key management
Workflow design and automation
System and application integration
Proven experience designing and supporting B2B file exchange solutions
Strong understanding of security concepts related to file transfers and data protection
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based MFT deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
