Represent buyers and sellers in the Dallas-Forth Worth markets
Source and manage buyer relationships using Offerd OS
Leverage AI tools to generate valuations, proposals, and outreach
Collaborate with centralized marketing, underwriting, and transaction teams
Close deals faster and more efficiently with national investor visibility
Qualification
Required
2+ years in commercial real estate, investment sales, acquisitions, or a related field
Holds an active Texas real estate license
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely
Preferred
Familiarity with CRE underwriting, valuation, or investment concepts
