Responsibilities

Handle mobile device configuration, activation, and troubleshooting for iOS and Android (Google Pixel) devices
Coordinate with multiple mobile carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T ) to ensure smooth device activation and network connectivity
Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow , providing end-user support
Collaborate with the Configuration Center to ensure timely device fulfillment, shipment tracking, and user communication
Support BAU operations by resolving tickets from the team queue and assisting with escalations as needed
Work closely with a small onshore team under the guidance of a team lead who provides training and operational oversight

Qualification

Required

Handle mobile device configuration, activation, and troubleshooting for iOS and Android (Google Pixel) devices

Preferred

Strong background in mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint support
Hands-on experience supporting iOS, Android, and Google Pixel devices
Familiarity with ServiceNow, carrier coordination, and large-scale corporate mobile environments
