Responsibilities
Build, manage and leverage relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates
Attend client meetings to develop an expert understanding of client requirements and expectations
Identify, approach and attract prospect candidates and clients within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies
Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to exceed financial targets
Qualification
Required
Have excellent customer service skills with confidence over the phone
Have a high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
Be motivated to work towards targets
