Responsibilities
Assisting with drawings, schedules, specifications, procurement coordination, and general project support to ensure projects move forward smoothly and accurately
Handling documentation updates, vendor follow-ups, and internal coordination
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in residential interior design or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience assisting with design development and documentation
Experience assisting with FF&E schedules and specifications
Experience assisting with client presentation materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow direction and implement feedback efficiently
Comfort working in a support role on multiple projects simultaneously
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate closely with senior designers and internal team members
Discretion and professionalism when working with high-end residential clients
Willingness to assist with site visits and installations as needed
