Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives starting on the second call through deal closure
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer development and testing challenges
Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions in customer environments
Think proactively during live customer calls about how to improve their development processes through testing scenarios
Develop CI/CD integrations and testing strategies tailored to prospect needs
Deliver compelling technical demonstrations that show real value
Communicate asynchronously with customers between calls to drive deals forward
Own technical problem-solving throughout the sales cycle
Provide critical feedback to product and engineering teams based on field insights
Occasionally travel for in-person customer meetings
Qualification
Required
6-7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or similar technical customer-facing roles
Strong hands-on coding skills with object-oriented programming languages (Python experience required)
Computer Science degree
Proven ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real-time during customer conversations
Experience working in Linux environments
Exceptional interpersonal skills—you can build rapport with senior engineers at top-tier companies
Self-directed with high initiative and ownership mentality
Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
