Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning solutions using instructional design methodologies, including:
Digital learning
Virtual instructor-led training (vILT)
Microlearning
Videos and supporting documentation
Create hands-on, experiential learning activities and assessments to validate job readiness
Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to define learning objectives and strategies
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate complex content into clear, concise learning materials
Author, maintain, and update online courses using data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement
Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise 360 / Storyline, including quizzes and interactive elements
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Marketing to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Proactively refresh content as products and internal processes evolve (including support platforms such as Zendesk)
Track and report project progress using Asana
Build feedback loops with facilitators and learners to continuously improve learning experiences
Stay current on instructional design trends, learning technologies, and digital facilitation practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
Proven experience creating digital learning and interactive e-learning solutions
Proficiency with: Articulate Rise 360 / Storyline LMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace
Experience facilitating or supporting virtual training delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating instructional design and multimedia learning solutions
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
