Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages marketing projects from kickoff through delivery
Assists in daily operations of the marketing team to keep tasks prioritized and moving
Collaborates closely with copywriters and designers to ensure clear handoffs, timelines, and expectations
Creates, tracks, and updates project plans, task assignments, and deadlines
Monitors project progress and proactively identifies risks or blockers
Ensures all assets, briefs, and requirements are organized and accessible
Maintains and optimizes workflow within a project management software
Supports reporting and communication regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables
Helps maintain alignment between marketing strategy, execution, and business priorities

Required

2+ years in marketing operations or project management (PMP/CAPM a plus)
Familiarity with marketing projects, calendars, and campaign planning tools (Wrike, Asana)
Experience managing content production cycles (email, social, web, paid media)
Basic understanding of brand guidelines and creative production processes
Comfort gathering requirements, writing simple briefs, or organizing input from stakeholders
Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs
Demonstrates positive attitude and motivation, concern for students, teamwork, and excellent time management skills
Follows established processes as outlined by organization and leadership
Completes assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skill set
Consistently produces a high volume of quality work
Capable, and adapts as needed, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel
Must support and embrace the College's Impact mission to improve the people and communities we serve through our civic engagement initiatives
Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Must be 'self-motivated' as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems

Recognizes and anticipates student needs
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Eagle eye proofreading and editing
Time management expertise and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience with Wrike or other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
Plus: experience with marketing operations, campaign coordination, or agency workflows
