Responsibilities
Support operations for 5–12 veterinary hospitals
Conduct visits to assess workflows, staffing, and client service
Implement company SOPs and quality standards
Troubleshoot operational challenges and manage daily decisions
Oversee P&L and execute scheduling and inventory management
Review KPIs and financial reports with leaders
Enhance labor efficiency and cost controls
Drive strategic initiatives for revenue growth
Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans
Mentor Practice Managers and foster hospital culture
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
Support employee engagement and resolve conflicts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Veterinary Management, or related field (or equivalent experience in multi-site operations)
3+ years of experience in management or multi-site operations, ideally in veterinary, medical, pet services, or a similar service industry
Strong grasp of customer service, staff management, scheduling, and workflow operations
Proficient in data analysis, understanding KPIs, and managing performance plans
