Responsibilities

Full-Spectrum Sales: Prospect, consult, and close new business across both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits lines for small and mid-sized businesses
Warm Leads, Real Opportunities: Work with a steady stream of warm leads from Supersure’s existing client base and robust marketing campaigns, no more cold calling into the void
Consultative Selling: Use our deterministic matching system and other proprietary resources to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that wow clients and make renewals a breeze
Cross-Sell Champion: Unlock new value for clients by offering both commercial insurance and employee benefit plans to become the one-stop solution SMBs have been waiting for
Relationship Builder: Cultivate long-term partnerships, not just transactions. You’ll be the trusted advisor clients call first, last, and always
Team Player: Collaborate with Placement, Account Management, and Service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and ongoing optimization
Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training, get licensed in both P&C and Health/Life (we’ll pay for it!), and help us refine our sales playbook

Qualification

Required

Active Property & Casualty or Health/Life insurance license (must have at least one; we'll help you get the other)
2+ years of insurance sales, business development, or producer experience (agency, carrier, or TPA)
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and/or employee benefits products
Consultative sales skills, with a passion for helping SMBs succeed
Comfort with digital platforms, CRM/AMS systems, and virtual selling
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Must be based in Miami, FL area and able to work in-office in downtown Miami (Wells Fargo tower) or be based in Dallas, TX area and able to work in-office in the North Dallas area
