Oversee all consumer compliance programs and risk assessments

Lead the Compliance Committee and maintain policies, procedures, and training

Serve as the primary contact for regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders

Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment

Manage CRA and SAFE Act responsibilities

Oversee HMDA reporting and key system administration (iCore, LaserPro, AccuAccount)

Support enterprise risk management and vendor compliance

Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on support across the Bank
