Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for site management and maintenance staff across multiple properties
Oversee day-to-day operations of a large affordable housing portfolio
Full P&L ownership, including budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable landlord-tenant laws
Partner with internal stakeholders to support operational excellence and resident satisfaction
Maintain a strong customer-service-oriented approach for residents
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining operational standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience overseeing a large affordable housing portfolio
Experience with LIHTC, HUD, and regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree required
