Account Manager, Houseware
Fourth Floor is seeking dynamic account managers for their premiere wholesale houseware client. The role involves managing customer account relationships and ensuring successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer account relationships
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Maximize sales profitability, growth and account penetration with current accounts
Analyze and identify market trends to assess opportunities
Forecast and track key account metrics
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role with Walmart!
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)
Preferred
Experience and understand of the housewares industry are a plus
Walmart and/or Target Experience preferred
