Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in plumbing systems, service sales, or project management
Strong technical understanding of plumbing systems and ability to interpret engineered drawings
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel (up to 25%)
