Sales Recruiting Manager
Momentum Mortgage Group is a high-growth startup in the mortgage industry seeking a Sales Recruiting Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. The role involves sourcing top talent, nurturing leads, and closing hires that will contribute to the company's ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect & Outreach Like a Pro : Hunt for top MLA and LMS talent using proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and emerging AI tools. Execute daily calls, SMS campaigns, and video outreach to fill high-volume pipelines aligned with our 36-month growth goals
Engage & Qualify Leads : Be the first point of contact, delivering a persuasive, professional experience. Conduct phone/virtual screens to assess production history, tech-savviness, growth mindset, and cultural fit
Close the Deal : Coordinate interviews with EVP/CEO, handle reference checks, DISC assessments, and offers. Track every stage in our ATS/CRM to ensure smooth conversions from lead to hire
Optimize & Scale : Manage job postings, dashboards, and analytics to predict needs, improve funnel efficiency, and route qualified candidates. Collaborate on events, webinars, and workflows for maximum impact
Strategic Insights : Provide feedback on market trends, regulatory changes, and compensation to refine our approach, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
3+ Years in Sales or Recruiting: Proven experience closing deals or full-cycle recruiting, ideally in mortgage, financial services, or high-volume sales environments
Master Communicator: Persuasive, professional, and people-focused skills honed from sales calls, negotiations, and relationship-building
Pipeline Wizard: Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple leads simultaneously, just like managing a sales territory
Tech-Savvy Operator: Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, virtual platforms, AI tools, and data analytics to drive efficiency
Mindset: Driven, resourceful, adaptable, and ready to excel in a startup where priorities shift and innovation wins
Preferred
Industry Know-How (Bonus): Familiarity with mortgage roles (MLAs, LMSs, processors) or direct sales experience in finance
Education: Bachelor's in Business, HR, or related field preferred
