Responsibilities

Shape a clear regional strategy
Build and develop a high-performing enterprise team
Drive consistent execution across complex sales cycles
Turn strong demand into predictable, scalable enterprise revenue
Own the enterprise number and regional GTM strategy
Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of senior Account Executives
Drive complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year enterprise deals
Set standards around forecasting, pipeline quality, and execution rhythm
Partner closely with marketing, partners, and customer teams to accelerate regional growth
Act as a senior representative of the business with enterprise customers and internal leadership

Required

10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with significant time in leadership roles
Proven experience leading enterprise teams against strategic, not transactional, sales objectives
A track record of exceeding regional targets and closing large, complex, multi-year deals
Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong command of enterprise sales operations: forecasting, pipeline governance, deal strategy, and cross-functional alignment
Executive presence and credibility operating with C-suite stakeholders
Background in data, integration, or enterprise technology environments is a strong advantage
