Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across assigned platforms
Execute campaign updates, creative swaps, audience changes, and budget adjustments
Monitor performance regularly and flag trends, issues, or opportunities
Support the development and evolution of media strategies in collaboration with Senior Strategists
Compile performance data and contribute to client reporting and insights
Maintain accurate budgets, pacing, and documentation
Stay current on platform updates and best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of paid media experience
Working knowledge of multiple paid media platforms
Comfort working with performance data and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
