Network Operations Support Analyst
Zeektek is looking for a detail-oriented support analyst to assist their Network team with operational tasks. This role focuses on ticket management, customer follow-up, and certificate lifecycle support, acting as a coordination point between customers and senior network engineers.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming tickets and email requests
Proactively follow up with customers on TLS/SSL certificate expirations and renewals
Track certificate requests, renewals, and related documentation
Assist with Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) and basic certificate validation tasks
Maintain clear, accurate notes and status updates in the ticketing system
Ensure timely follow-ups and prevent requests from stalling or expiring
Escalate issues to senior network team members when technical intervention is required
Follow documented processes and procedures (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT support, service desk, or NOC-style roles
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
Basic understanding of TLS / SSL certificates
Certificate expirations and renewals
CSRs (Certificate Signing Requests)
Strong written communication skills (email and ticket updates)
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Preferred
Exposure to network or security teams
Familiarity with certificate authorities (CA)
Entry-level certifications (CompTIA, Security+, Network+)
