Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
Conduct market research to uncover potential clients, trends, and competitive insights
Assist the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and prospecting
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Prepare proposals, sales materials, and business development documents
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand the client base
Qualification
Required
Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Self-motivated with a desire to grow and learn
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus (but not required)
