Project Coordinator
Air Apps is a family-founded company on a mission to create the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day operations by coordinating workflows, managing Jira boards, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and track daily operational tasks across teams
Manage and update Jira boards, dashboards, and reports to reflect accurate status of tasks
Monitor workstreams, follow up on task progress, and help ensure deadlines are met
Organize documentation and maintain workflows for easy team access
Assist with preparing internal reports, dashboards, and presentations
Identify bottlenecks or blockers early and help facilitate solutions
Suggest small improvements to workflows and coordination processes
Qualification
Required
Around 2–4 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role
High proficiency in Jira, including setting up dashboards, filters, and simple automations
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams
