Has a solid foundation in California state and federal court practice
Demonstrates confidence managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and client strategy

Possesses interest or experience in transactional and advisory work, such as contract negotiation, entity structuring, or risk management
Maintains strong written advocacy skills, professional judgment, and presence in front of clients and opposing counsel
