Developing litigation strategy
Supervising litigation teams and vendors
Managing client relationships
Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
Drafting and arguing motions
Conducting witness interviews
Taking and defending depositions

Drafting pivotal motions that will influence high-stakes cases and complex litigation
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of experience developing litigation strategy
supervising litigation teams and vendors
managing client relationships
drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
drafting and arguing motions
conducting witness interviews
taking and defending depositions
excellent academic credentials
strong writing and analytical skills
ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
meeting all case deadlines in a fast-paced environment
self-starter with the ability to formulate legal strategy
research and draft motions and supporting documents with minimal supervision or need for revision
must be admitted to practice in California
Preferred
significant experience in labor and employment law and/or class action litigation
candidates with strong litigation experience and exceptional writing ability will be considered
