The IT Engineer will provide end-user support and PC network maintenance, ensuring efficient operation of hardware and software for users while collaborating with the IT team to resolve issues and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities
Assist and support local and remote users in resolving hardware and software-related computer problems for laptops, desktops, and workstations
Document all user problems in the company's help desk software, ensuring a comprehensive record of issues
Follow problems through to a timely resolution, collaborating with other IT team members
Assist with product upgrades and new implementations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
Roll out, repair, and return PC equipment while maintaining an accurate computer asset inventory
Coordinate lease returns of IT equipment and manage related administrative tasks
Provide user training to enhance end-user knowledge and productivity
Administer the data backup program to safeguard critical information
Monitor and coordinate all aspects related to the telephone system, including upgrades, changes, and user assistance
Collaborate with other IT team members to address problems and support the Division Controller and Corporate IT Department as needed
Promote the positive and professional image of the IT Department when dealing with other departments, vendors, and customers
Apply information security practices based on ISO27001 and understand their impact in the workplace
Frontend(Vue.js) and backend application(C# REST API), Database(MSSQL) query, and other programming support
Managing L2 and L3 network switches and backup network switch configurations
Monitor and coordinate aspects related to digital multi-function copy machines
Manage upgrade projects as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent education and experience
Developed knowledge of PC repair, configuration, networking, Windows, MS Office, and other current company operating system platforms and applications
Working knowledge of firewall applications
Advanced knowledge of PC applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced computer skills with emphasis on MS Office 365 products and Teams
Ability to use office equipment such as PC, photocopier, fax machine, etc
Ability to analyze data
Ability to lift and move computer and related equipment as necessary to complete essential job functions
Preferred
A+ certification or MCIPT certification
CCNA(“Certified Cisco Network Administrator)
