Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and deliver tailored recruiting strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
Source talent through job boards, trade schools, community partnerships, and proactive outreach to passive candidates
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
Advise leadership on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence
Collaborate with the broader TA team to ensure alignment in employer branding, recruiting tools, and reporting
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, using data to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the flexibility to support broader HR initiatives as part of a lean, collaborative team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within field operations, technical, or property management functions
Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations
Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates in competitive labor markets
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise leadership across field and corporate functions
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
High level of integrity, judgment, and resilience; able to work independently while building strong partnerships
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
