Responsibilities
Support the development and management of comprehensive event budgets aligning with organizational goals
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate procurement, expense reconciliation, and vendor management
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management review
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within budgeting functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
7+ years of proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or procurement in an events-focused environment
Experience managing event budgets to ensure effective resource allocation for marketing initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in creating and managing complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements)
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving role
