Responsibilities
Own 5 to 6 enterprise customers end to end including executive sponsorship, success plans, value realization, escalations, renewals, and expansion. Will include some travel
Define and lead the Customer Success strategy
Build and lead the CS team including recruiting, mentoring, and upskilling
Improve implementation function and strategy
Standardize runbooks, training curricula, and adoption plays that CSMs use with customers
Drive customer health, analytics and success dashboards
Enhance existing programs and create new ones including executive sponsorship, customer advisory councils, reference programs, and case studies
Evolve our CS tech stack, SLAs, and handoffs
Qualification
Required
8+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success; 2+ years leading CSMs or multi-team orgs
Proven success owning enterprise accounts with complex stakeholders and integrations
Demonstrated success building CS and Implementation in startup or high-growth environments
Experience working in HR technology or adjacent enterprise experience (a plus)
Experience in start-up, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environments
Strong analytical, strategic, and process-oriented mindset
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot a bonus)
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week
