Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Supporting project documents
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Negotiating, drafting, and implementing EPC contracts
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of M&A and commercial contracting experience
Substantial background in energy, infrastructure, project development, and/or project finance, and joint ventures, ideally in the renewables space
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Experience supporting project documents
Experience with purchase and sale agreements
Experience negotiating, drafting, and implementing EPC contracts
Willingness to handle the negotiation and drafting of documents
Preferred
Experience as a seasoned BIGLAW lawyer
Relevant in-house experience
