Responsibilities

Identifies potential weaknesses in systems, operating procedures, and financial measurements; reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion

Develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on department key performance indicators to management; makes recommendations for systems and or process changes as needed

Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company-required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s)

Performs all other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

The candidate must be capable and willing to learn applications specific to the financial industry and other applications proprietary to wire processing

In addition, success in client-level problem resolution and working with clients is required

The successful candidate will be a strong team player and will possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel

An attitude of commitment to customer service is required

The candidate must demonstrate the capability of working well under pressure as well as the ability to organize and prioritize tasks

knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
