Responsibilities

Design and execute audit procedures based on client business operations, risks, and internal controls
Perform audit procedures related to clients’ financial statements and related disclosures
Interact directly with clients to discuss audit findings and resolve fieldwork issues
Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff; perform first-level reviews of work completed
Conduct research on accounting and auditing matters and document well-supported conclusions
Utilize data analytics and data visualization tools to enhance audit efficiency and insights
Deliver high-quality work within deadlines while providing exceptional client service
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with a diverse group of audit professionals across multiple offices
Work effectively in a hybrid environment
Travel for client engagements, including international travel (Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe)

Required

3+ years of public accounting or equivalent audit experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Must meet CPA licensure eligibility (U.S. CPA pathway)
Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong technical skills in accounting, auditing, and Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, delegation, and time management
Ability to work efficiently in complex, multi-office teams
Strong interpersonal skills and client-service mindset

Preferred

Bilingual abilities are an asset (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, European languages)
