UMB Bank is seeking an Institutional Custody Intern to support their Trust & Custody Operations department. The intern will handle various tasks including processing wire payments, managing client accounts, and facilitating trade activity while ensuring high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

Act as primary or secondary contact for assigned Custody clients to ensure the delivery of the highest possible level of customer service
Oversee all activity pertinent to client account
Facilitate trade activity (global and domestic) and monitor settlement
Coordinate with internal operations, clients, and external vendors to meet client expectations
Initiate and authorize domestic and foreign money movements
Provide reporting as requested
Facilitate problem resolution, tracking issues through to completion
Follow company/department policies and procedures to mitigate risk
Support documentation and audit requests
Cooperating with the direct manager which includes taking responsibility of personal development, self-evaluation, participating in meetings etc

Required

You are currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program specialized in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
