Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RFP processes for projects in the Principal model, from initial requirements gathering, Supplier coordination, and final supplier selection and contract award
Develop and execute comprehensive RFP strategies that align with client objectives and JLL's sourcing standards, ensuring competitive outcomes that drive maximum value
Coordinate cross-functional RFP teams involving technical subject matter experts, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders to ensure comprehensive evaluation
Standardize and continuously improve RFP processes, templates, and evaluation methodologies to increase efficiency and consistency across all sourcing initiatives
Manage multiple concurrent RFP processes while maintaining quality standards and meeting aggressive timeline requirements
Lead supplier debriefing sessions and provide detailed feedback to unsuccessful bidders while maintaining positive vendor relationships
Develop and maintain robust supplier databases with pre-qualified vendors across multiple service categories to expedite future RFP processes
Execute supplier outreach campaigns and manage pre-RFP market engagement activities including RFI processes and supplier capability assessments
Analyze RFP responses using structured evaluation frameworks, conducting detailed technical and commercial comparisons to support data-driven decision making
Partner closely with Project Delivery teams and Client throughout RFP processes, managing expectations and providing regular status updates
Present RFP results and recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders with clear, data-supported business cases
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making processes and manage stakeholder input during supplier evaluation and selection phases
