Laser focus on a world class, end-to-end customer experience
Participate in agile activities, as needed
Solution agnostic approach to automation; all options on the table
Actively support and promote Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
Flexibility to support a growing organization through multiple roles
Qualification
Required
5+ years development in Python, in a standard Scrum SDLC using Git
Prefer Ansible, Splunk, and/or Dynatrace experience
Collaborate with IT and business contacts for successful execution
Work as a team player
Willingness and passion to learn
Good written and verbal communications skills
Self-starter, organized, detail oriented person
Ability to adapt to and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN, Atlanta, GA and New York, NY
Preferred
Associate's Degree preferred in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent years of experience
