Responsibilities

Plan and organize field activities, manage schedules, and ensure equipment readiness
Supervise, train, and motivate field staff; support hiring and performance evaluations
Oversee projects to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations
Act as liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients—resolving issues and maintaining clear communication
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ERM, and client safety guidelines
Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and project equipment

Required

Bachelors Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline
5+ years experience, with progressive project or technical management experience for complex site investigation/remediation projects under a variety of local, State-specific and federal regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.)
In lieu of degree, approximately 13+ years of directly related experience, with progressive project or technical management experience for complex site investigation/remediation projects under a variety of local, State-specific and federal regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Environmental field work experience
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain)
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area
Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Preferred

Experience supervising and mentoring field teams
Familiarity with groundwater and remediation technologies
Strong organizational and analytical skills
