Responsibilities

You will source and identify prospective candidates, screen and conduct interviews, prepare candidates to meet clients, and review their experience

Developing and growing a strong talent pool by leveraging recruiting resources such as our internal database, online postings and searches, networking, and referrals

Conducting in-depth interviews via video, telephone, and in person

As a Direct Hire Executive, you are also in control of your business development, marketing, and sales

Creating a pipeline of contacts and potential customers who are looking to fill talent gaps on their teams, grow with new talent, recruiting to strengthen their teams

Attend events and conferences

Build networks and contacts via LinkedIn, Phone and Outbound Inbound Sales process

Create content to gain trust in the Technology, Automation, and Digitalization Market
