Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the design process including presentation drawings, construction drawings, project management and construction administration
Work exclusively with high-profile commercial and private clients on high-end residential and hospitality projects
Qualification
Required
Interior Design or Architecture degree
5 years of relevant experience
Strong decorating background and experience with consultant coordination
Strong design sensibility and intuition
Excellent knowledge of furniture, fabrics, wallcoverings and local vendors and artisans; Exceptional FFE skills
Excellent Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD skills; ability to autonomously put together CD set under the direction of a Principal Designer
A good eye, and ability to layout presentation pages
Highly organized and motivated
Excellent project management skills
