Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed recurring monthly revenue targets by uncovering and closing expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Lead contract renewal discussions to retain and grow current revenue streams

Build strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders to maintain alignment with customer objectives

Propose and deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, including advanced connectivity, voice, and network services

Serve as the main escalation contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and positive outcomes

Coordinate sales and service delivery for local and regional clients within the mid-market and enterprise segments

Partner with internal teams such as sales leadership, finance, and operations to develop and execute account plans

Present and position solutions to decision-makers at multiple organizational levels, including senior and executive leadership

Manage pipelines, forecasts, quotas, and revenue performance in line with broader business goals

Exercise sound judgment when making decisions that impact customers and revenue outcomes

Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including variable schedules or occasional evening or weekend work

Perform additional responsibilities as required to support team and organizational objectives
