They are seeking a Production Control Floor Support Analyst to support fast-paced manufacturing operations by acting as the first line of response for production planning and material flow escalations on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities
Track, escalate, and mitigate material shortages impacting production
Request and track STOs within manufacturing systems to minimize production delays
Create de-kit production orders to support potentially idle systems
Analyze demand priorities and re-prioritize production to support critical builds
Investigate production order variances as a final quality check to minimize scrap
Utilize SAP to cost parts, transact and transfer materials, and resolve material flow issues
Coordinate with Project Services to obtain engineering and special material requirements
Monitor inventory levels and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
Represent Production Control Floor Support in daily production meetings
Support manufacturing teams with SAP usage, material flow processes, and documentation
Assist in training new team members and complete required monthly safety trainings
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing operations or production control environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
SAP or other ERP system experience (required)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of production orders, material flow, and inventory control
