Responsibilities
Drive advanced analytics and experimentation to support lending growth initiatives, with a focus on causality, measurement, and incremental impact
Design and lead experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference, to evaluate product and revenue-driving opportunities
Build and scale analytical models, segmentation, and reporting to surface insights across the lending funnel
Partner closely with Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Data teams to align on strategy, goals, and measurement
Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence senior stakeholders and leadership decisions
Act as a senior individual contributor, elevating analytical rigor and mentoring through influence and expertise
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience across product, growth, financial analytics, or data science, with a strong understanding of measurement, causal inference, and incrementality
Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
Experience using Python or R for analysis and workflow automation
Proven ability to apply experimentation, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data science techniques to optimize product and/or revenue-driving opportunities
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
