The Marketing Strategy Manager will support the Associate Director of Marketing Strategy in identifying marketing opportunities and act as a liaison to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives while enhancing AHF's reputation through strategic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Support the Associate Director of Marketing Strategy in identifying marketing opportunities that better serve AHF’s programs, business lines, and the communities we support
Act as a key liaison between AHF Media and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution of marketing initiatives
Help create and maintain cohesive, data-driven marketing campaigns, clear action plans, and strategic frameworks that support multiple departments and service lines while advancing AHF’s mission and public impact
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms and departments
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing priorities, timelines, media strategies, and multi-platform marketing schedules
Support campaign analysis, reporting, and ongoing optimization, while interfacing with internal departments and external partners as needed

Required

Experience in marketing strategy development and execution
Strong project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Understanding of marketing initiatives that serve diverse communities
