Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement PACS solutions, focusing on Change Healthcare products
Lead technical assessments, migrations, and integrations between PACS and other healthcare IT systems (e.g., EMR/EHR, VNA, modalities)
Collaborate with clinical, IT, and vendor teams to define and optimize workflows
Ensure PACS compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA)
Troubleshoot complex PACS issues and provide technical guidance
Document architecture, configurations, workflows, and best practices
Mentor and support junior engineers and analysts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with at least 3 years in PACS architecture
Deep hands-on expertise with Change Healthcare PACS solutions
Solid experience integrating PACS with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee or Chicago

Preferred

Experience with cloud-based medical imaging solutions
Certifications in Change Healthcare products or relevant PACS technology
