Responsibilities
Engage customers through outbound communications to understand and mitigate service discontinuation
Independently resolve customer issues while aiming for minimal escalation and high satisfaction

Maintain organized and detailed documentation of customer interactions within Salesforce
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvement and churn reduction
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in customer service and retention strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking and managing customer interactions
Associate's degree or equivalent
Customer Service Experience, Early in career, would also work
Fluency in Spanish
