Responsibilities
Own the frontend
Design systems, build them, own the outcomes
Build Next.js applications, a design system, and real-time dashboards showing AI agents in action
Decide what this product looks and feels like
Ensure healthcare teams can use what you build to reach millions of patients
Make UX decisions that determine how operators experience AI at scale
Work directly with the founders and ship code that reaches production the same week
Build, ship, learn, repeat
Qualification
Required
5+ years frontend engineering (or 3+ years with MS in CS)
Next.js and React expertise at production scale
TypeScript fluency with strict mode and type-safe patterns
Strong design sensibility - you have opinions about spacing, hierarchy, and interaction patterns
Experience building real-time interfaces with WebSockets or similar
Component architecture and design system experience
Comfort with AI tooling - you use Cursor, Copilot, or Claude daily to move faster
Preferred
Data visualization and dashboard experience
Healthcare or regulated industry experience
Voice AI or telephony UI experience
