Responsibilities

Pick-up/delivery of interoffice items such as files, interoffice envelopes, outgoing mail etc

Sort/distribute incoming mail

Apply postage to outgoing mail

Pick-up/drop off mail from local post office

Drop off packages to overnight boxes

Complete copy/scan/fax jobs as needed

Bind documents when requested

Various driving errands such as court filings, deliveries to other law firms, etc

Pick-up lunch orders for meetings as needed

Answer the phone as needed

Other duties may be may be assigned by supervisor

Qualification

Reliable transportationHigh school diplomaLifting 40 poundsStanding for long periodsWalking up/down stairs

Required

This position requires that the employee be able to lift boxes up to approximately 40 pounds

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk up/down stairs

Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and proof of insurance for driving errands
