Manage the financial reserving activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in Health Insurance financial reserving and reporting

Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and documents ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards

Act as a key financial advisor to the senior management team, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections
