Identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services
Creating a strong pipeline of opportunities that fuels the success of the sales team
Researching and segmenting target markets
Identifying decision-makers within organizations
Using multiple outreach channels such as cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media engagement to connect with prospects
Qualifying leads based on specific criteria
Scheduling discovery calls, product demos, or meetings
Documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system to maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline
Providing feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights to improve lead generation efforts
