Responsibilities

Collect and review loan documents to ensure accuracy

Maintain deal checklists to accurately reflect documentation received from deal participants

Prepare HUD forms for submission to all parties involved in transaction

Ensure completeness, quality and correctness of mortgage loan documentation

Maintain processing checklist and update as documents are received

Compile the loan application for underwriting review

Prepare and review loan application and obtain additional information as needed

Effectively provide professional internal and external communication, whether written or verbal

Continue to stay abreast of processing, underwriting and compliance guidelines

Update all involved after new documents are uploaded or status changes occur

Provide follow-up on a consistent basis with originators, borrowers, and others involved in the transaction to complete processing

Order credit reports as needed

Assist Analysts in writing sections of the Mortgage Credit narrative

Perform internet and government searches on all parties involved in each transaction

Build rapport with our internal and external customers
