Facilities & Administrative Support Assistant
On-Board Services is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity, and they are hiring a Facilities & Administrative Support Assistant. The role involves managing site badge access, supporting internal purchasing activities, and assisting with customer event setup.

Responsibilities
Assist with managing site badge access by extending access for internal visitors
Prepare badges for new employees and contractors under supervision
Support communication with site contractors and building owners to schedule service visits for maintenance issues such as plumbing and HVAC
Support internal purchasing activities, including small purchases using a Purchasing Card
Learn and assist with placing Purchase Requisitions using SAP
Help manage receipt and service entries to ensure accurate and timely processing
Assist with customer event setup, including preparing welcome signage and ensuring Wi-Fi access is available
Help stock beverages and coordinate meal orders for meetings and events
Qualification
Required
Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn SAP or similar systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
Positive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn
