Client Communications & Administrative Specialist (Part-time)

Florida 3D Printing Lab is seeking a professional and personable Client Communications & Administrative Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for their clients. This role is communication-focused, managing client interactions from first inquiry through project completion.

Printing

Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for new and existing clients
Manage high-volume client communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Coordinate project details between clients and the production team
Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual)
Prepare project estimates and manage invoicing
Maintain organized client records

Required
